Kelly is a fifth generation Idahoan, so he tends to do things a little differently. As a financial wealth planner, he encourages his team to take a neighborhood approach to retirement planning. Kelly believes in keeping things simple. He believes we should listen more than we talk—placing an emphasis on communication and providing honest, straightforward answers. He believes that education about our markets is invaluable for investing, and he knows the importance of financial planning.
The Wood Tarver Financial team knows it’s important to plan for your financial needs, to invest for the long term and to be mindful of investment fees.
Many of our clients are Baby Boomers who are working hard to retire in the next couple years, and many are women. These clients enjoy our holistic approach to coordinating investments, tax planning and estate planning.
As a professional and in his personal life, Kelly believes in paying it forward, and is very involved in his community. Along with his wife, Cathy Jo, Kelly enjoys skiing, tennis and the Greenbelt. They love spending time with their blended family, including four children, Amy, Ryan Christopher and Johnny “Rocket”, along with their beloved golden retrievers.
